Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin were seen taking a stroll in New York City and they looked down cast, especially Hailey.

The couple who got married some months ago have been seen a lot lately overcome with emotions in public and this was no different.

Justin held Hailey's hand as they walked and her eyes looked red rimmed, like she had just finished crying.
